About the event

Join us for a 1 hour talk about burnout in women. 

This is the kick off event for a series of talks over the next few months that explores the different areas of burnout and how to overcome and prevent burnout in your life.

This event will include a light breakfast, coffee, tea & juices for each ticket holder.

You are requested to select your breakfast choice at the time of purchasing your ticket.

There will also be giveaways from local businesses that can help you start to free yourself from the signs and symptoms of burnout.

Who Is Jenna Hart?

Jenna Hart is an award winning Burnout & Mindset Coach. Over the past 3 years she has worked with clients helping them recover from burnout as well as create healthy mindsets to live successful and fulfilled lives. Hart is a sought after keynote speaker for many provincial associations and works directly with businesses to help implement burnout strategy in the workplace.

Jenna Hart is also a survivor of Burnout having nearly lost her life to burnout in 2019. She is on a mission to bring awareness, resources and support to Burnout across Canada. Jenna Hart is representing the Georgetown community as Mrs. Georgetown United World 2023 at the upcoming Canada United World Pageant this May in London, Ontario. Her platform is burnout in women and she hopes to being home the Crown and title of Mrs. Canada United World 2023 this spring. 





  • Burn Bright Not Out Talk


    Burnout is real and we need to talk about it! Join us for a 1 hour talk from Burnout Coach Jenna Hart where we explore the signs of burnout, steps for recovery and tips for prevention. Light breakfast, coffee, tea and juice are included in the cost of the Ticket. $10.00 for each ticket sold is donated to Georgetown Hospital Foundation.
